About this Event
Join us for a community event focused on building healthy habits and taking practical steps to support lifelong brain health. This prevention‑focused workshop combines education, connection, and play to learn ways to strengthen your mind and support long‑term wellness.
This event includes an interactive brain‑health presentation followed by a beginner‑friendly American Mahjong lesson, presented by Brooke from Mahj on the Beach, which is a social game that supports memory, strategy, and focus. It’s a fun opportunity to learn something new and connect with others in the community. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.
