About this Event

Books that build us - The female journey (introductory session)

Join us for this in-person, small group session where we'll kick off an exciting journey through books and texts that celebrate and explore the female experience. The session will be facilitated by an accredited therapist, and no previous experience of personal development groups are necessary.

Personal Development Groups provide a supportive space to learn new skills, build confidence, and explore ways to improve emotional wellbeing alongside others with similar goals.

Bibliotherapeutic practices use carefully selected books, stories, and written materials to encourage reflection, understanding, and personal growth. Together, these approaches can help people gain new perspectives, develop coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and make positive changes in their daily lives, all within a safe and supportive environment.

This is a one-off introductory session, participants will however get the chance to reserve their places in an ongoing group.
