Books & Bakery: A Valentine’s Day Book Giving Exchange

This Valentine’s Day, we are celebrating a different kind of love—the love of a great story!

February 14th is not only a day for romance; it is International Book Giving Day. To celebrate, we are hosting a community book drive at the Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery to help stock our brand-new shop library. We believe that stories have the power to connect us, and we want to create a space where local women and families can find inspiration, adventure, and comfort within the pages of a book.

Whether you’re cleaning out your shelves for the new year or want to share a story that changed your life, we invite you to drop off your donations and stay for a pastry!

We are looking for books of all kinds:

• 🧸 Children’s & Picture Books
• 🚀 Sci-Fi & Fantasy
• 🔍 Mysteries & Thrillers
• 🗺️ Adventure & Travel
• ✨ Spiritual & Self-Help
• 📖 Contemporary Fiction & Classics

The "Love Your Library" Raffle: As a thank you for your generosity, every book you donate counts as one entry into our grand raffle! The more you give, the more chances you have to win a $50 Gift Card to Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery.

• When: Friday, February 14th (Valentine’s Day!)
• Time: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Where: Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery, Glendale, AZ.
• The Process: Simply bring your books to the designated "Donation Station" inside the cafe. A member of our team will help you fill out your raffle tickets based on the number of books you bring!
