Join BookPeople for The Phantom May-nace, an all-day celebration of all things Star Wars!

This event is free and open to the public with festivities all day from 9AM to 9PM, with certain events scheduled throughout the day.

We highly encourage you to come in costume as we take you to a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.

Jedi vs Sith Scavenger Hunt

“Always two there are”

All day you can choose your side of the force and go on a Star Wars-Themed Scavenger Hunt throughout our store. If you complete the hunt, you'll earn yourself a BookPeople Coupon for use at our store and help your chosen side win the day's galactic conquest.

Mos Eisley Cantina

"You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy"

We are turning our cafe CoffeePeople into the Mos Eisley Cantina with a special cafe menu featuring Star Wars-themed beverage options.

Perfectly Imperfect Bakery Pop Up

"Hello, what have we here?"

Perfectly Imperfect Bakery will have special Star Wars-themed cookies for sale.

Galaxy Costume Contest

Come in your best Star Wars cosplay or general Galactic outfit and regalia for a friendly costume contest.

Star Wars Trivia

"In my book, exprience outranks everything."

Show off your broadest and your obscurest Star Wars knowledge in our free trivia hosted by author of , Brandon Wainerdi. Winners will receive special prizes from BookPeople.

Please note that an RSVP for either the costume contest or trivia will not guarantee entry—admittence to these events will be based on capacity and first-come-first-served with regard to arrival. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot!
