Join us for an evening of books, wine, and community at the Summerween edition of Book+Bottle brought to you by hosted by . We are bringing spooky season into the summer heat with a night of psychological thrillers, dark mysteries, and chilling ghost stories while the sun is still shining.

To participate, simply bring a thriller, mystery, or horror book paired with a bottle of wine that matches its vibe. This theme is entirely up to your interpretation, so if a story feels mysterious or suspenseful to you, it absolutely counts. For this swap, we are channeling classic summer horror vibes, so you might choose a crisp white wine to pair with an isolated island survival story or a bold red for an atmospheric cabin mystery. Think about stories like nostalgic summer camp slashers or slow burn psychological puzzles that keep you reading late into the night. Please remember to leave your book unwrapped this time because we want to see those covers right away.

During the evening, you will trade your duo so that everyone heads home with a new story to dive into and a fresh bottle to uncork. There will be light snacks and a glass of wine to enjoy while sharing your favourite picks and browsing at Mah Milk Bar. This gathering offers a relaxed setting to connect with fellow bibliophiles and wine lovers over a shared love of great stories.
