We want to celebrate Megan Beach on her book, The Bible is Not an Anti-Gay Weapon, with a book signing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 6 pm. The book is available in the store. We look forward to seeing you at this free event.
Synopsis:
-Many faithful Christians wrestle with biblical passages often interpreted to condemn same-sex relations. In The Bible is Not an Anti-Gay Weapon, author Megan F. Beach, MDiv, attempts to unravel exactly what the Bible says about homosexuality and what it does not. She offers readers her own lived experiences as a gay Christian along with alternative perspectives to consider as churches continue to divide over this topic.
Author Bio:
Megan lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, she moved to North Carolina to complete degrees at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Duke University, where she received her bachelor's and master's degrees (respectively). She is currently working on her second book, Operation Cleanup, which is a post-nuclear war novel exploring both religious and dystopian themes.
