The Friends of the Yankton Community Library will be hosting their final sale of the year in the library meeting room from Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, October 26. Members of the Friends of the Library get to shop the sale early on Thursday from 4pm to 6pm! Memberships will be available to purchase at the door and will be good through December 2026!
The sale will open to the public beginning on Friday October 24. Hardcovers $2; Large paperbacks $1; paperbacks $.50; and puzzles & games $3. Sunday will feature a bag sale: all the books you can fit in a bag for just $3!
There is a huge selection of gently used fiction and nonfiction books for all ages. Come and load up on some great finds to add to your to-be-read pile for the colder months ahead! Plus, Friends of the Library t-shirts ($20) will be available for purchase. These shirts make excellent gifts for the upcoming holiday season!
On Monday, October 27 from 9am-12pm, join the Friends for an appreciation event with light refreshments. Any remaining books will be free! Thank you for supporting the Friends of the Yankton Community Library!
