Book Launch – Nocturne: A Photographic Night Journey Through Newcastle

Come down to Newcastle City Library and meet the man who has painstakingly photographed the city at night. While most of us were asleep, professional photographer Kevin Etherington was out capturing the moody lights and shadows of our streets. In his new book Nocturne, published by Tyne Bridge Publishing, Kevin embarked on a photographic journey through Newcastle at night, exploring its atmosphere, beauty and quiet wonder. The photographs move between the energy of the city and its quieter moments, finding details and scenes that might otherwise go unnoticed.

There will be visual presentations of some of the photographs, and Kevin will be there to sign copies of the book.

Refreshments will be served. The event is free, but a ticket is required via Eventbrite.
