Book It For Books is Reading is Fundamental (RIF) of NOVA's biannual fund- and fun-raiser! The day will be fun filled for children and families, with a face-painting station, books for children to take home to keep, and, of course, our mascot Clifford the Big Red Dog will be there with hugs and to cheer the crowd. Book It For Books 2025 will take place at Lake Accotink Park in Fairfax, Virginia. Book It For Books raises money to provide books to schools in Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax and Prince William counties. They are looking for sponsors and runners. Please check out their website linked below for additional information. I'd love to see some of you there! Please sign up if you'd like to run or walk. This is a family friendly event so please bring the kiddos if it works for you. :)
