Book It Around DC

Love audiobooks? Enjoy exploring the outdoors? Welcome to Book It Around DC!

Kit (@KitonLit) and Morgan (@PrettyLittleBookshelf) have teamed up with independent bookstore, Wonderland Books (@WonderlandBooks) to host a monthly audiobook walking club where book lovers can connect, chat, and move together. Each month, we’ll pick a scenic trail across DC, Maryland, or Virginia and spend time walking, listening, and discussing books in good company.

For our April meet up, we'll start at The Carousel at The National Mall promptly at 9am (please arrive by 8:45am), then head out for a refreshing stroll along National Mall towards The Library of Congress. Feel free to bring headphones, a current audiobook, comfortable shoes and water!

Participation in this event is voluntary. By registering, participant assumes all risks inherent in the activity and agrees not to hold the organizer or their representatives liable. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the activity. Your image and likeness may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
