Join us for an Azalea Bonsai Workshop where you’ll learn how to transform a nursery azalea into a beautiful bonsai. Sam Horesz will guide you through the fundamentals of selecting, shaping, and styling azaleas, with hands-on instruction throughout the process.Because azaleas require careful pruning, wiring, and proper potting techniques, this will be a longer session—approximately 3–4 hours—giving you plenty of time to thoughtfully shape your tree and pot it into its bonsai container.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own styled azalea bonsai and the knowledge needed to continue caring for and refining it at home.
