Boneless is a (soon-to-be) food truck. We're focused on plant-based fast food. A decent dinner for a decent price. Nothing fussy, just decent dinner. We're aiming to form a Community Interest Company in the near future, to run the business as a not-for-profit, worker-owned operation. The ultimate goal is to offer food-based social initiatives, breakfast-clubs in school holidays, memberships for families and a few other ideas besides. But that's for later...
This pop-up hosted by our friends at Dice & a Slice, is our first public fundraising event. Soon, we'll be on Colchester Market, around Essex and Suffolk, and catering events. For now, we need to get off the ground!
