By 30 years old, we’ve reached peak bone mass, and from then on, it’s about making informed choices to protect what we have.

REMS technology (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry) is radiation-free, quick (just 1–2 minutes per scan), and not only measures bone density but also analyses bone microarchitecture - the fine structure of trabecular and cortical bone.

From this, it generates a Fragility Score, which helps predict fracture risk more accurately than Bone Mineral Density alone.

Studies show REMS can even pick up hidden weaknesses that DEXA misses, and its safety means scans can be repeated regularly to track progress.

REMS is already being used in hospitals, clinics, and even by NASA to monitor bone loss in astronauts, and now it is accessible locally at Formula Health.
