No need to be a pro—just bring your sneakers, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure! If you have your own paddle and ball, feel free to bring them along, but don’t worry if you don’t—I’ll have equipment available for us to use. This is a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with an incredible group of women.
