About The Event
– This is a love donation event. 1.5 hrs.
– This group is for anyone who identifies as a female.
– Chacana Women’s Group
– Feel free to bring a notebook along with an open mind and an understanding heart. This group is meant for anyone who identifies as a woman.
– Do you often feel as though you are carrying a majority of the emotional and mental load in your life? Is it hard to find spaces where you are seen and receive unconditional support? Would you like to be surrounded by like-minded women who can listen and honor your experiences together? Have you wanted to explore integrating spiritual language into your daily life while sharing your experiences and creating community and connection?
– Then come join us at the Women’s support and educational group monthly, where we focus on mind, body, and spiritual wellness. We will undergo practical and experiential connections to identify a way to strengthen our ability to wear multiple hats in our lives. Come co-create a sacred circle of integration and empowerment where we can be advocates for our own healing and support others as well.
– This group will cover mental health topics as well as spiritual practices to support emotional well-being but is not solely focused on spirituality and is not a therapeutic support group.
– The intent of this group is to provide education and support to women in a safe space of non-judgment, with a professional facilitator to provide structure and guidance. Haruna will guide the group through topics and activities as we learn and grow together.

Christine Monseliu Love, deep listening and well-earned wisdom are the hallmarks of what Christine brings to her classes and coaching. Christine holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Development and is the owner of COR Coaching and Consulting. From sports coach, school counselor and administrator to transformational life coach, Christine has expanded her own emotional and spiritual journey by becoming a full mesa carrier (Shamanic Practitioner) and an ordained minister. These experiences have deepened her ability to meet people where they are and to hold sacred each person’s individual healing journey. It is with a grateful heart that Christine supports her students and clients on their healing and transformational journeys by using brain science based transformative tools, shamanic teachings and her years of counseling and coaching experience.
