To celebrate they're kicking off the year with a show at the beautiful Bergy Bandroom. Having played all around the country across 2023 and 2024 Bollard continues to captivate audiences with their eclectic and immersive performances. Joining them are some of the most exciting new acts in the Australian local scene. All of these are worth the trip along the 19 alone!
Creating music on unceded Kaurna Land (Adelaide), War Room are one of Adelaide's most inventive bands. Consisting of Harry Blight, Louis Campbell, Maxwell Elphick, Luka Kilgariff and Thea Martin, War Room is a broadly post punk outfit with a playful sensibility and a bossa nova bent. The five-piece delights in shifting time signatures punctuated by layered textures and melodies. Their music is sonically prismatic; their onstage charisma is infectious.
Mr. Industry add a shot of menace for every drop of joy, a savage piece of noise to match each moment of jazzy musicality.
