The experience is presented in collaboration with MiskiSimi, specialists in Bolivian wine, who will guide you through the tasting and share the stories behind the wines, the producers and the remarkable terroirs that make Bolivia one of South America’s most exciting wine destinations.

Your tasting includes:

🥟 Salteña - Bolivia’s iconic baked pastry, filled with slow-cooked beef and its signature rich, savoury broth.

🧀 Pukacapa - A golden cheese empanada filled with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers.

🧀 Cuñapé - A traditional Bolivian cheese bread made with tapioca flour and three different cheeses.

🍷 Cúspide – Caladoc & Malbec (Kuhlmann) - A bold yet elegant blend from the high-altitude vineyards of Cinti, offering ripe blackberry fruit, floral aromas and remarkable freshness.

🍷 Altiplano – Marselan & Tannat (Kuhlmann) - A structured yet vibrant red combining dark fruit, gentle spice and silky tannins, showcasing the character of Bolivia’s mountain vineyards.

🍷 Lado B – Tannat Nouveau (Jardín Oculto) - A fresh, fruit-forward expression of Tannat bursting with juicy cherries, wild berries and delicate floral notes. Crafted in a lighter, vibrant style, Lado B reveals a different and more playful side of one of Bolivia’s signature grape varieties.
