It is teacher Charlotte's birthday at the end of October, as she is turning another year older she decided to teach the natural face lift and fluid flush treatment. Charlotte personally does the face treatment everyday after doing her skin care routine. The natural face lift is a great beauty booster, hydrating the fascia in the face giving the tissues a lift and creating a full effect. The fluid flush treatment eliminates toxins and removes puffiness.The face treatment is also for anyone who suffers with sinus issues and congestion, tmj disorder, jaw pain, migraines or tension head aches.
BODYHEAL is back with another class, The previous class was sold out, everyone who attended noticed and felt changes in their body during and at the end of the session. These changes included: reduced pain or pain symptoms that were totally removed. increased stability when standing and walking, increased energy and well being, more range of motion, a sense of fluidity and lightness in the muscles and body, less pain and a great night’s sleep. . These effects went on well after class and into the next few days.
BODYHEAL is a small, very intimate and safe class. There are only 12 spaces available as Charlotte assesses and checks everyone’s work to ensure the moves are performed correctly, to achieve the maximum result. It is not an exercise fitness class, but a bodywork class that works with soft balls and soft foam rollers to release stuck stress and physical and emotional trauma trapped within the fascia and connective tissue. BODYHEAL is a special and unique class, which I encourage everyone to come along and experience, It is an excellent component in self care work, you will be amazed at how you feel by the end of the class.

You may not have heard about the fascia because for years it has been overlooked and dismissed, but that is all changing. The fascia is like a spider’s web covering every joint, muscle, nerve, bone and organ in our entire body. Learn how to resolve chronic pain in your body with a self care treatment for pain free living. Introducing BODYHEAL. This is currently exclusive to Huda’s studio. In small group classes you will work with soft foam rollers and soft balls, learning simple fascia techniques, to get out and stay out of pain. You will work on your own body, learning how to treat yourself, which gives you the independence and power over your own healing journey.
BODYHEAL is for absolutely everyone, regardless of age, sex or level of fitness. Classes are led by Charlotte, who has a background in the science of natural body healing. She healed her own body, going on to work with others who had conditions doctors said could not be healed. Charlotte has embodied everything she shares and teaches.

After my first class with Charlotte I experienced amazing effects, my energy was off the scale and a massive improvement in my body the pain in my shoulders and knee completely disappeared which means I can now go up and down the stairs normally instead of one step at a time.
