Body Repair | Sunday mornings

Welkom op zondagochtenden voor Body Repair: een zachte, praktische bodywork sessie rond herstel en lichaamszorg 🤲
Bodywork waarin we herstel toelaten via massage, adem en mobilisatie. Kom voor een uur van aanraking en zorg, met verwennerij, frictie en kneding. We oefenen samen, delen tips en skills, en wisselen uit in geven en ontvangen.
We werken heel praktisch in deze oefenplek, met ruimte om ervaringen te delen over lichaamsgevoel en kleine pijntjes. Allen welkom.

Welcome on Sunday mornings for Body Repair: a gentle, hands-on bodywork session focused on recovery and body care 🤲
We work with massage, breath and mobilisation to allow the body to recover. Come for an hour of touch and care, with indulgence, friction and kneading. We practice together, share tips and skills, and exchange through both giving and receiving.
This is a very practical space, with room to share experiences about bodily sensations and small aches. Everyone is welcome.
