reviews

“I recently went to a body positivity workshop with Zara and it was amazing. Zara’s passion for body positivity and making women feel their best really shines through, she made the whole session so engaging - I honestly could’ve listened to her talk about it all day.

I left feeling a lot more positive and inspired about my own body confidence - and actually ordered a dress I’d been admiring that I always thought I couldn’t wear. If you’re thinking about going to one of her workshops, I’d highly recommend it.”

“Zara's body positivity workshop was exactly what I needed. I have followed Zara on Instagram for a few years and bought some of her products so I thought it was time to meet her.

This was the best afternoon I've had in a long time. The other girls were so lovely and easy to get along with and Zara is a beautiful person inside and out. Zara's story is so inspiring and the questions we discussed were really intriguing.

I have always struggled to find my style, particularly in terms of clothes but since the event, I have had more confidence to explore my style and I feel more sure than ever about which clothes I now like. People have even complimented me. I can't wait for the next workshop.”

”I really enjoyed Zara’s Body positivity Workshop. It’s such a lovely way to reconnect with yourself when negative messages from family, men, or society become too loud. We all deserve to feel happy and comfortable in our own skin.

Being surrounded by women on a similar journey, sharing vulnerable thoughts and experiences in a safe space, was incredibly powerful. Zara gives you practical tools to challenge those negative beliefs, see yourself in a new light, and start becoming your own best friend. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a confidence boost and a more positive relationship with themselves.”

“I invited Zara to deliver a body positivity session at one of my client retreat days, knowing the women I support (and myself included) would benefit from her work.

She truly is the queen of body acceptance. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate and deeply thought-provoking, creating a space that feels both safe and empowering.

The session was inspiring and insightful, and the feedback from clients was fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zara to anyone looking to bring meaningful body positivity work into their space or personally for anyone wanting to love their body more.”

“I was lucky enough to be part of Zara’s workshop at the Virago retreat day - everything she said during the body confidence workshop made perfect sense! The next day I had her voice in my head and dug a dress out of my selling pile and wore it with confidence! It had been in the selling pile because it was very clingy and I was too conscious of my lumps and bumps. My body was the same as the last time I tried it on but my mindset had shifted.

I would highly recommend taking some time to spend with Zara. You cannot fail to be inspired by her wonderful and colourful energy and uplifting words.”

”This was SO much more than a body positivity class. Zara created a really safe, welcoming space where we all felt safe to open up and share. Beyond appearance - we spoke about chronic illness, self-worth, confidence.. so many personal topics and way beyond just how we look. It felt genuinely therapeutic and so connecting to be in a room with people who just get it.

Would recommend this experience to literally everyone.”

”Today’s workshop was amazing! It truly helped me to understand and see that not everyone will be looking at you through a lens. It help me understand that no one truly cares about how you present yourself. That I need to take care of myself and to treat myself how I treat my best friend! The workshop was so lovely and interactive, I truly enjoyed it! I can’t recommend more!”

”I was initially quite nervous and hesitant to attend as I find the topic of body image difficult to talk about, but that is the whole reason Zara does these workshops, and in the end her body positivity workshop turned out to be an amazingly safe environment to share experiences and learn ways to overcome negativity surrounding my self image.

From the moment I booked Zara made sure to ease any anxieties with her excellent communication regarding the workshop and what to expect. Because it was a small group, it felt intimate but unintimidating. We were all given the opportunity to share on different topics, but with zero pressure, you could participate as much or as little as you felt comfortable with. Every topic we looked at was eye opening and helped me to understand the conditioning I've experienced but also gave me the confidence to learn a new perspective on how to deal with my personal body issues.

I came away with practical tools and affirmations to genuinely change my perspective. I left the experience feeling so happy I did it. I would definitely attend more of Zara's workshops in the future and would encourage others to try it too!”
