Body of Emotions- A Half-Day Healing Retreat | Mother's Day, Lake Forest C

Our bodies hold a lot of memories and questions. This retreat takes a deep dive into our questions and our inner wisdom to solve them. If you feel you are not able to move and express beyond these stuck emotions, this workshop will support the movement and forward energy.

A signature workshop has been held internationally since 2016 by Dr.Dimple Kaur (PhD).

Join us for Body of Emotions — a powerful half-day healing retreat honoring Mother's Day, held during Mental Health Awareness Month at the beautiful Lake Forest Performing Arts Center.

Since 2016, Body of Emotions has guided the participants back to the wisdom held within their bodies, helping them process and release unexpressed feeling, and reclaim their wholeness. This is the signature workshop, reimagined as an afternoon retreat.

What You'll Experience

• Somatic body mapping — discover where you're holding emotion right now
• A guided release practice — move what's been stored through sound, breath, and movement
• A special Mother's Day circle — honoring the mother wounds and gifts we carry
• A closing ritual — with a take-home practice toolkit
• Community witnessing — the healing that happens when women are truly seen

Light refreshments will be provided. This is an intimate retreat — only 20 seats available.

Full refunds are available up to April 25, 2025. Between April 26 and May 3, a 50% credit toward a future Body of Emotions event will be issued. No refunds after May 3. Tickets are transferable — you may send a friend in your place. Please email us with the substitute's name before the event.
