You’ll engage in creative exercises that will allow you to express, honor, and reconnect with your body in a fun and meaningful way. This is a moment to reclaim your beauty, to see yourself through the eyes of love, and to embody confidence like never before.

What to Expect

🎨 Body Painting Kits: Tap into your creativity and turn your body into a personal masterpiece.
🪞 Mirror Work Practice: Learn how to truly see yourself, recognize your beauty, and rewrite the way you speak to yourself.

Here's what to bring because we're not coming unprepared!!!!

-Bikini, bathing suit, or something you don't mind getting paint on. Your body is about to be the canvas, and we're turning it into a masterpiece.

-Your journal. Some moments are meant to be written down, and trust me, you'll want to remember everything that comes up for you.

-Cash or card for waist beads. They'll be available for $18-$35, so if you've been feeling like adding a little extra goddess energy to your waist, this is your moment.
