Las Vegas Sinfonietta Orchestra celebrates music of Bach!
Program Highlights:
Bach Suite No. 3 in D Major – A majestic orchestral suite featuring the beloved “Air” movement, one of Bach’s most recognized melodies.
Bach Concerto for Two Violins – A masterpiece of interplay and harmony, showcasing exquisite counterpoint and lyrical expressiveness featuring Oleh Krysa and Nataliya Karachentseva as soloists.
Bach Concerto for Three Violins – A rare gem in the repertoire, demonstrating Bach’s brilliance in balancing three independent solo voices featuring Alex Dzyubinsky, Taras Krysa and Nataliya Karachentseva as soloists
Bach Cantata "Ich habe genug" - A deeply expressive and contemplative work, this solo cantata, performed by a bass singer Joshua Hughes with oboe soloist Dr. Richard Kravchak.
Bach Cantata BWV 51 “Jauchzet Gott” – Sung by soprano Ginger Land-van Buuren with solo Trumpet played by Steven Trinkle.
The performance will be held at the Clark County Library Theater located at 1401 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV. Tickets are $40 for adults and $15 for students. Children under 12 receive free admission.
