Learn how to generate total BODY CONTROL and BALANCE through the incredible Six Feet On the Ground Program. Training proper footfalls, bend, and straightness can be taught all from the ground and even all through Liberty training if that is your goal. The Six Feet of the Ground Program provides patterns that test the horse and handler on their balance, precision and suppleness all through relaxation and Classical training.
THIS clinic will give you an introduction to the Six Feet of the Ground Program and help guide you to training your horse to find better balance and body awareness. We will focus in depth on turns on the forehand and hunches, basic lateral work, proper bending on circles, traveling and backing straight, stopping square, and much more. Is your goal Liberty? The Six Feet On the Ground Tests offer a Liberty class too.
There will also be time spent learning and practicing the Six Feet of the Ground patterns, discussions on how they are judged & scored and how to perform them at Liberty if you choose.
