ROOTED & FREE: A Juneteenth Grounding Experience
In honor of Juneteenth continued, join us for a 60-minute, soul-centered yoga experience designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and your foundation.
This class is more than movement—it’s a return to stability, safety, and self-trust.
Through slow, intentional flows, deep grounding postures, and guided affirmations, we’ll explore what it means to feel rooted in a world that often asks us to stay in survival mode. Together, we’ll release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for a new sense of internal security.
