Join us for a hands‑on brewing class where you’ll help create a full 1‑barrel batch — yes, a real one, not a cute little stovetop experiment.You’ll "mash" in, stir like you mean it, toss hops with confidence, and get a front‑row seat to the beautiful chaos that is brew day. Between steps, we’ll take you on a tour of the brewery, show you how everything works, and probably overshare a few brewer secrets you didn’t ask for but will absolutely enjoy.
Curious why we use certain malts? Want to debate yeast strains? Wondering how many spreadsheets it takes to run a brewery? Ask anything. We love questions — especially the weird ones.
And the best part: once your beer finishes fermenting and conditioning, you’ll come back to take home your share of the very batch you helped create. It’s like a science project, but with way better results.
