FULL MOON YOGA CIRCLE
Join us for a practice and gathering to honor the full moon with Michelle + Teresa. Each session is unique and focuses on the themes of the current moon. offering will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, as well as contemplation and connection. May 31st is the blue moon which represents; appreciation of growth and abundance, capturing rare moments, and inward moving contemplation. Space is limited. Sign up is highly suggested.
