Join us at Satya Yoga for an evening of heart opening and connection through ceremonial cacao, mantra, and sound healing.
Guided by cacao facilitator Chris Ferris, owner of Farmhouse Deli and sacred sound practitioner Teresa Van Eyk, owner of Satya Yoga, this experience invites you to open the heart, quiet the mind, and to reconnect with yourself through community and sacred ritual.
You'll be guided through a grounding breath practice, explore beginner friendly chants and mantra, restore through a peaceful and meditative sound bath, and be part of a cacao ceremony experience!
