Description:Basic Life Support (BLS) Course The American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This course is designed for nurses, physicians, EMS professionals, CNAs, and other healthcare and public safety personnel. 📚 Course Format This course is delivered in a blended learning format, which includes: Online portion (to be completed independently before the class) In-person, instructor-led skills session
⚠️ Important: The online portion must be completed before attending the in-person skills session. It can be accessed via mobile, desktop, or tablet.
✅ Certification Upon successful completion of both components, participants will receive a 2-year Basic Life Support digital certificate from the American Red Cross, with 24/7 access to certification and training history. The American Red Cross is an accredited provider of continuing education by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education (CAPCE).
