Bloxels Game Creation Camp (Ages 8-11)

Turn your ideas into playable games. Campers learn to think like real game developers while using the Bloxels platform. Gain insight from a gaming industry professional as you design characters, build worlds, and create your own video game. Develop creative problem-solving skills, learn the basics of game design and interactive storytelling, and follow the full development process from concept to completion. By the end of camp, you create a fully playable game to share online. A take-home workbook is included. No coding experience required.

Camps run half days, with the option to stack a morning and afternoon camp for a full day. Students who stay all day can bring a sack lunch and drink and stay supervised by EICC staff during the lunch hour. Families can also apply for a scholarship to help cover camp costs.
