Join us for Blossoms & Beginnings, a morning of meditation and sound bowl healing in the beautiful Auckland Domain Wintergardens. Together, we'll create space to ground, release, and plant fresh intentions for the season ahead.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

📍 Where: Auckland Domain Wintergardens

✨ What to bring:

• Your most comfortable outfit (it’ll be sunny but still spring-chill, so layer up)
• Yoga mat (unfortunately, we won't be able to have any spare to provide)
• Journal & pen for intention setting

✨ Guided by: Dasha Kuprienko — Breathwork Facilitator, Creative Strategist, and an expat girly herself 💫

✨ Optional Brunch:After the session, join us for an optional brunch at Wintergarden Café (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM).
