This event blends strength, flexibility, and grace through guided aerial movement, creating a fun yet empowering atmosphere where you can literally elevate your practice. Hosted by Refresh & Reformer, a women-centered wellness community that curates monthly movement-based events in NYC, the goal is to bring women together to build confidence, connection, and consistency in their wellness journeys. We focus on creating uplifting spaces where community meets self-care—because growth feels better when we do it together.
