Why It Matters?
Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder affecting thousands of families in Bangladesh most don’t know they could prevent it! 12–15 million Bangladeshis are estimated to be thalassemia carriers. Source: Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation, The Daily Star (2023).
