About this Event

Whether you're a seasoned gamer or new to the world of social deception games, this event offers something for everyone. Come solo or with friends and immerse yourself in a game of Blood on the Clocktower (BOTC). Age recommendation for Blood on the Clocktower, 16 years +

General Admission Tickets: Thanks to the generosity of Bampot House, we will have their back room in which to play BOTC. Tickets for this event include access to the game, a tutorial of the game Blood on the Clocktower if new players are in attendance, and a full playthrough of the game. Tickets are priced and sold per person.

For this event, we will be playing the beginner-friendly script: Trouble Brewing. (video) (wiki)

Changeling Membership Admission: Our Changeling Membership includes event discounts for our paid subscribers. After just two events in a month our members save money, with a potential for over $80 in savings monthly! Each Membership ticket must have a single individual corresponding Patreon membership subscription. Proof of subscription will be required at the door.

What is Blood on the Clocktower? Blood on the Clocktower is an advanced version of the game Werewolf, and crucially the dead still have an important role to play in the game. The game is run by a Storyteller who has carefully crafted an experience and facilitates the game for up to 20 players. It is part deduction and part deception. Set in the little village of Ravenswood Bluff, players in the game assume different roles, each with unique abilities to hunt down the evil or stay hidden as one.

For new players, check out this video created by our head storyteller Jeremy, to learn the basics of the game ahead of the event. There will also be time at the top of the game to review rules and ask questions.

Food & Drink: There is no minimum for this event, but supporting our hosts is encouraged. Bampot has an impressively extensive tea list available (with more alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), plus an excellent menu for snacks and meals.

Attire: For a game like Blood on the Clocktower, which thrives on atmosphere and a mysterious setting, what we encourage for attire, but do not require, are garments with dark, moody colours like black, deep purple, or blood red.

If you want to go full out for your own immersive fun, to help set the tone and vibe of our story, think of an eerie, almost haunted feel; a Victorian or Gothic aesthetic.

Photography Disclaimer: Please note that there will be photographs and videos taken at the event to be used for social media purposes. If you wish to remain off-camera, please let our staff know once on-site.
