🌿 A Special Forest Therapy Series for Anxiety 🌿
This four-part series is limited to just 10 participants and will take place in the beautiful setting of James Gardens, Etobicoke. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with nature, and explore practical tools you can use to better manage anxiety in your daily life.
Each gathering will include guided forest therapy practices, concrete strategies for working with anxiety, and time for open reflection. While this is not a psychotherapy group, participants may choose to share personal experiences, so we ask everyone to come with openness, curiosity, and a non-judgmental mindset.
Schedule:
- September 18: Grounding exercises-how to anchor yourself and bring calm into everyday life.
- September 25: A four-step process to disconnect from unhelpful thoughts.
- October 5: Defusion practices and “naming your brain.”
- October 12: Clarifying your values and learning to move toward them, even when anxiety shows up.
