Blokes Day Out Surf, Ice Bath, Breathwork October 13th 2024

Blokes Day Out has connected with Pat and Ann, the legends from Surf Easy Surf School, in Currumbin to bring you a super fun event improving your surfing skills, experiencing some amazing stress management tools and a great chance to connect with others.

It will be a day of fun on the water – with the opportunity to have a crack at surfing, whatever level you’re at, followed by a chat, and a chance to connect with an awesome group of people.

We’ll be refuelling with a BBQ and maybe a couple of cold ones…

And doing some stress relief exercises... : )

Ice Bath, Breathwork, Meditation
