⚔️ WHAT IS BLOEM BATTLE GROUNDS?
A Hybrid Fitness Race Series combining:
💪 Functional Strength
🏃 Cardiovascular Endurance
Expect 10 strength disciplines with ±500m running between each station.
No complicated movements. No technical barriers.
👉 Just raw strength, grit, and endurance.
🧠 WHAT TO EXPECT
Each race includes a mix of:
• Tyre Flips
• Farmers Carry
• Sandbag Carry
• Net Crawl
• Bear Crawl
• Lunges
• Tyre Pulls
• Burpees
• Atlas Carry
• And more...
👉 Running sections vary from flat routes to trail terrain, depending on the venue.
🏁 HOW IT WORKS
• Complete all 10 disciplines + all runs = FINISHER
• No fixed order — choose your own race strategy
• Run ±500m between each station
• Start in timed waves (10–15 min intervals)
• Individual timing via BIB number
🏆 SERIES FORMAT
• 5 Events = 1 EPIC Series
• Earn points based on your race position
🔢 POINT SYSTEM
1st – 100 pts
2nd – 97 pts
3rd – 94 pts
4th – 91 pts
5th – 88 pts
…continues decreasing

To qualify for Series Podium:
✔️ Complete 4 out of 5 events
👉 You DON’T need to do all events to compete!

❗ No assisting each other (DQ if broken)

• At least 1 member must remain

• Final station full? → You MUST wait
• Incomplete discipline = Disqualification (but you may finish)
