In the workshop, participants will choose between a cotton tote and a linen tea towel to print. Each participant can create two stamps, and the group can all use each other’s stamps to create unique repeating patterns!

Rosemary has been an amateur artist all her life, trying out all sorts of techniques in painting and printmaking. After a career in libraries and as a museum curator she is now living in Rotorua and focusing on her art practice. She has learned printmaking by doing various short courses including reduction lino printing, collagraphs and etching. Her love of block printing has been transferred from paper to textiles via her brand Ruru Textiles. She uses quality linen tea towels and table runners and transforms them with block prints.
