In between bands at the opposite end of the hall, Poetic Justice are two Tauranga based poets, Meshell Hardman and John Baxter who bounce back and forth, poem for poem edgy, rock'n'roll performance-based poetry, dealing with both the dark and humorous side of human existence.
Haiku Redo visiting from Tamaki Makaurau/Akl headline the nite. An indie pop band, Haiku Redo [Craig Horne, Barbara Morgan, Dianne Swann & Kevin Moody] have been literally marinating in music for decades. With songs about hooking up, breaking up and f***ing up, Haiku Redo deliver a heart on your sleeve set of punchy alt-pop tunes.
