Block Carving and Card Printing Workshop

In this creative, hands-on workshop, you'll carve your own design onto linoleum blocks and print them in color onto cards. We'll mix and match blocks, so by the end, you'll have a one-of-a-kind set of postcards — some your own, others made in collaboration. You'll take home your carved block for future printing and a stack of art to frame, keep, or send to friends. Come get creative and meet others — no experience needed! Your ticket includes one drink from the bar.

Sharon Y. Li is a Brooklyn-based artist specializing in Chinese ink painting and oil painting. She teaches art workshops across New York and Beijing and, as a primarily self-taught artist, her goal is to make art less “serious”, more accessible to beginners, and more fun and weird.
