🌀 Step into transformation with our new 100-Hour Sva Ha Yoga Training. This training will deepen your current yoga practice, bring you into effortless, JOYFUL devotion, and awaken deep currents of light and bliss.
🐚 Rooted in the ancient teachings of yoga and infused with the living wisdom of sound, energy, and embodied presence, this yoga program guides you through:
✨Deep emotional regulation and inner alchemy
✨A deeper dive into synergy of sound healing as support for yoga classes
✨Returning the body to a state of homeostasis
✨Deep healing and nourishing of the nervous system
✨Activation of bliss codes and higher states of awareness
✨Exploration of light language and light codes
✨Yoga Nidra and Yin/restorative asanas
✨Celebrating the 33 deities, their seed frequencies and connecting this into our vertebrae
✨A focus on sound, toning, kirtan and mantra
✨The wisdom of the whales and 52 Blue
Together, we will journey into the 4 last inner limbs of yoga—
🐋Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal/turning inward),
🐋Dharana (focus and concentration),
🐋Dhyana (meditation and flow), and
🐋Samadhi (reunion into bliss).
Through asana, mudra, mantra, breathwork, and the practice of sounding and toning into the body, you will learn to harmonize your subtle energy, cultivate devotional presence, and awaken the bhakti within your heart.
Highly recommended for those who are looking to release ego- and for those who work with elderly, end of life care, anxiety, and depression.
This training is an invitation to soften, to come into rooted balance, and to honor the sacred. We will enjoy a celebratory whale watch at the end of our journey together! 🐚

This training counts toward your 500-Hour Yoga Alliance RYT certification (Complete a foundational 200HR plus three Sva Ha Yoga 100-HRS to gain your Yoga Alliance certified 500 HR RYT).
