Blind Date with a Book Silent Book Club (A PG County Event)

Imagine this: an evening just for you, surrounded by other book lovers, with good food, cozy vibes, and a little mystery.

The Overdue Book Club is excited to have you. You’ll be given a "blind date" book—a surprise novella wrapped in plain paper with just a few hints to intrigue you. After that, we’ll sink into a peaceful reading session where you can either enjoy your “blind date” or escape into a book choice of your own. Once we’ve had time to read and relax, we’ll gather for casual conversation and the joy of sharing our thoughts about books and life.

This night is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and bonding with others who get the magic of a good story. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, you’ll leave with a new book, fresh inspiration, and maybe even a new reading buddy.
