This event will tackle the issues of blight, rent, and property taxes in the 40th District. Join us at Baltimore Unity Hall to learn about some of the rather surprising reasons why these things are out of control. The good news— there are solutions! Guests include the co-author of a new report on undervaluation of vacant land in Baltimore, Greg Miller, from the Center for Land Economics; candidates for the 40th district delegation (invited); president of the Madison Park Neighborhood Association, Omar Hamza; and more TBD.
