In this experience, based on the powerful method from Dr. Joe Dispenza, you have the opportunity to attune your chakras and every cell of your body to a new higher vibrational frequency through a process called Blessing of the Energy Centers. Dr. Joe explains that each energy center (or chakra point) has its own frequency that emits different information, has its own hormones and chemistry, correlates to its own individual glands and regulates certain systems and parts of the body.
If you are experiencing an imbalance in one or more of your centers, you are probably experiencing signs and symptoms and even illness within the mind, body or spirit. When there is an imbalance in one or more of our centers, the flow of our energy gets restricted, affecting our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Dr. Joe teaches that through this simple meditative process, you’ll be able to tune into each energy center and change its chemistry to signal new genes and turn off the ones that signal disease, and improve your body’s system’s and functions.
During this practice, we will help you to identify each energy center and help you to place your attention and awareness within it so you can bless it and influence it to shift from a state of incoherence or disease into a state of coherence, balance and harmony.
