Blaise Of Glory

An unsettling exploration of ambition, trust, and the dangerous intimacy between mentor and protégé.
Blaise of Glory is a one-woman storytelling show that follows a young actor desperate to belong in the world of theatre. Beguiled at first by directors, older actors and the pursuit of her craft, the thrill of acting classes and rehearsals slowly unravels into something far more unsettling.
Blending sharp comedy with confronting honesty, Blaise of Glory explores the unchecked power dynamics that can exist within independent theatre, the blurry line between mentorship and manipulation, and one woman’s difficult but hopeful reckoning with what it means to reclaim herself.
