no pressure. grab some food, jump in the pool, play a game, meet someone new, bring the kids, or just find a spot to hang and enjoy the music

bring a swimsuit + towel if you plan on swimming!

We want black wolf events to feel welcoming, comfortable, and safe for everyone - including our littlest pack members.

This is an alcohol-free event, and we ask that all guests respect the alcohol-free nature of the experience by not bringing or consuming alcohol at the event.

Please treat fellow attendees, event staff, our hosts, and the property with respect. Harassment, discrimination, unwanted physical contact, threatening behavior, unsafe pool behavior, or conduct that puts another guest at risk will not be tolerated.

Because this event is being held at a private property, please be especially respectful of the space and follow any property or pool rules provided at the event.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of the children in their care at all times.

black wolf social club reserves the right to ask anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior to leave the event.

POOL SAFETY + MINOR SUPERVISION

Please note that there will be no lifeguard on duty.

Swimming is completely optional, and all attendees who choose to enter or spend time around the pool should do so with appropriate care.

All minors must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times, particularly while in or around the pool. black wolf social club, event staff, volunteers, and the property host do not provide childcare or lifeguard services and are not responsible for supervising children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether their child can safely participate in swimming or other pool activities based on their age, swimming ability, and individual needs.

Running, pushing, unsafe diving, rough play, or other dangerous behavior in or around the pool is not permitted.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Swimming pools and activities in and around water involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, injury, and drowning.

By registering for and attending this event, adult attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with their participation.

For attendees under 18, registration and participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian, who acknowledges the risks associated with the minor's attendance and participation and accepts responsibility for supervising the minor throughout the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees and parents/guardians of minor attendees agree not to hold black wolf social club, its organizers, representatives, event partners, or the property owner/host responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from the ordinary inherent risks of voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
