Black Maternal Mental Health Walk & Talk | Greenwich Park
About this Event
Join us for the Black Maternal Mental Health Walk & Talk, a joyful, pram-friendly community event taking place during Black Maternal Mental Health Week UK 2026.
The morning will bring mothers together outdoors for gentle movement, conversation, connection and community.
Hosted collaboratively by, Mumbrite, Fal’s Own Club and Bodied By XO, the event is designed to create an informal space where mums can walk together, talk honestly and connect with other women.
The walk will also include a gentle pre and postnatal-friendly movement session led by Christina Okenla of Bodied By XO.
No pressure. No performance. Come as you are.
Babies, children and prams are welcome.
And we're asking everyone who can to:
WEAR PINK
in support of Black Maternal Mental Health Week.
