Black History Month: Barre Class

Join us this Black History Month for a special Barre workout that’s all about movement, empowerment, and connection!

This beginner-friendly class (a mix of pilates, ballet and yoga) is designed for all body types and fitness levels.

We will be grooving to Beyonce's greatest hits while strengthening your body and focusing on your wellness goals for the year. It’s not just a workout; it’s a chance to meet new friends, build community, and celebrate the beauty of diversity in movement. Allies are welcome to attend.

We will also have giveaways!

***Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the participation form and to gather equipment. To respect everyone’s time and experience, the class will begin promptly.

What to wear

• Workout attire - leggings and a t-shirt.
• Bring a water bottle
• Towels are provided but you can bring your own if you prefer.

Street parking is available around the studio. Short-term parking is available directly across from the studio.
