Black Girl Joy invites you to celebrate Black Girl Day Off at The Department Store Studios! Join us for a day of fun, games, connection and sisterhood. The day will include, a welcome drink, food, a fully stocked bar*, group games, competitions, and everyone will leave with a goody bag to help you enjoy the rest of your Black Gril Day Off!
All of our events are dedicated to helping Black women connect, meet new, likeminded women, whilst feeling safe enough to show up authentically and unfilterd!
Nestled within Black History month and Mental Health Awareness month, Black Girl Day Off is a moment within October that gives Black women the permission to switch off, have fun and enjoy mental relaxation.
Come together with your fellow Black girls for an afternoon filled with joy, laughter, and positivity. Let's celebrate each other and embrace the magic of being unapologetically ourselves!
This event is for Black women aged 25 years and over. We welcome all Black women from an African or Caribbean background.
*Your ticket includes your welcome drink and food. Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.
