Join Caldwell County RESTART as we come together in honor of Black Balloon Day, a day dedicated to remembering and honoring the lives lost to overdose.This event is open to the public and all are welcome! It will be a time for reflection, connection, and community - a space to remember those we have lost while also sharing hope, education, and resources for anyone interested.
What to expect:
-Recovery resources from organizations across Western North Carolina.
-Naloxone (Narcan) training and overdose education.
-Food and Coffee trucks on site.
-Opportunity to connect with local support services and community partners.
